BPI Envelope Professional Course

The Envelope Professional course is intended for established energy auditors who already have the Building Analyst certification and are seeking to expand their knowledge. The Envelope Professional certification is needed to become an Accredited Contractor with BPI. The Envelope Professional class is 5 days long and includes all of the field and written tests required to receive the certification.

Advanced concepts and tools used in energy auditing are covered in this class. The course will review concepts of building science and combustion safety before beginning more advanced subjects. Students are expected to be proficient with all tools necessary for the Building Analyst certification. The use of additional tools such as the duct blaster and infrared camera will be taught in the class.

The Envelope Professional course is offered in Rolla and nationwide. The course is one week in length and can be taken locally for $900. Our Envelope Professional course was approved by BPI for 6 continuing education units. Check out the calendar for class dates. The Envelope Professional courses scheduled must have a minimum registration of 4 to be put on.
